A Peace That Surpasses All Understanding

You’ll have to read between the lines with this week’s blog. I have been in self-isolation for thirteen days.  For the most part this time alone has been okay given all the ways we can connect.

Four days into self-isolation my friend Jami called me out of the blue. She is always in creation mode so it’s always fun and invigorating to talk about what is possible. Not really up to it physically, I did my best to engage. I said, “This is very humbling, it’s making me re-think a lot.”

She continued to ask me rigorously about what I’d like to do and I’d reply, “I’d like to do this and that”…but then with exasperation I said, “It’s Spiritual. I am here to do something spiritual.”  It was if my body had released it. Like I had popped.  She asked me more. I said, “I don’t know the form. Maybe Spiritual Counseling?” I felt a peace; an alignment within me. In the hours and days ahead, the overthinking stopped and a knowing enveloped me.

At the same time in my Facebook feed I came across Caroline Myss she describes herself as a medical intuitive and a mystic. I had read many of her books years ago and I was drawn to her video share and this quote from her, “The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.”

Caroline shares, “Within each of us is an incredible life force, a knowing, the energy of the whole Universe. The challenge is that when we are in human form, we also have a brain. In order to heal the parts of ourselves which hold us back, we must learn to silence the mind and tap into that infinite source of wisdom that is the soul.”

So, I listen with peace that surpasses my own understanding.  I wonder what would happen if we all connected with our soul?

Take care of yourself and no matter what you are experiencing stay connected.

Love,

Louisa

P.S. I love to connect, feel free to comment.
